1. Introduction

Welcome to Liongate Express. By registering as a merchant, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this document. These terms apply to all parcel deliveries, cash handling, and account management services provided by our company.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

• Merchants must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
• All parcels must be properly packaged and labeled before handing them over to our riders.
• Prohibited items (such as illegal drugs, flammable liquids, and weapons) are strictly forbidden from being shipped through our network.

3. Cash On Delivery (COD) Settlements

The company will collect Cash On Delivery amounts from customers. Settled amounts will be transferred to the bank account provided during registration after deducting our standard courier charges. Bank transfers are typically processed within 2-3 business days after delivery.

4. Account Approval

Registration does not automatically grant system access. The Liongate Express administrative team reserves the right to review, approve, or decline merchant accounts based on internal verification processes.
